Aubrey Plaza
Aubrey Plaza, born on June 26, 1984 is a comedian and actor well-known for her dry comedy. She is April Ludgate, a character in the TV show Parks and Recreation. After appearing in improv and sketch comedy for The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza made her web series debut through The Jeannie Tate Show. Then she appeared in Judd Apatow's Funny People and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World later in her career. Today, let's honor the birthday of Aubrey Christina Plaza. Aubrey Christina Plaza, daughter of Bernadette Plaza (an attorney) and David Plaza (a financial specialist) was born in Wilmington Delaware. She has her Puerto Rican father and an Irish-English mother. Plaza was educated at an all girls Catholic college in 2002, and the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University in 2006. In high school Plaza served as the president of Wilmington Drama League and worked on the Student Government of her school. Plaza was paralyzed for a time in 2004 after a stroke. She is now fully recuperated. Since 2004, Plaza is performing improv and sketch comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York City. In New York City she's appeared for the audience at The Improv and the Laugh Factory. Plaza made appearances on E.S.P.N. The show's Mayne Street as well as the Jeannie Tate Show as Robin Gibney as well as the pilot episode Terrible Decisions with Ben Schwartz. On CollegeHumor's Troopers she played the Princess, which was a comical sci-fi character. Plaza had her first appearance on saxophone on Cassorla's Bona Fide in 2014.
